ISLAMABAD, December 27(PPI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday reordered Deoxy-Ribo Nucleic Acid (DNA) test on an appeal filed by Ms Mehnaz Fatima seeking registration of a criminal case against ex-naib nazim Okara Syed Abbas Raza Rizvi for disowning his minor child. When a four-member bench of the Supreme Court took up the matter, Assistant Advocate General Punjab Afshan Ghazanfar requested the court to adjourn the case so that DPO Okara Tahir Malik may get DNA test report from Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) Rawalpindi.She informed the court that in compliance of the earlier court order, DPO Rawalpindi and Okara along with Mehnaz Fatima, Abbas Raza Rizvi and ...
