Construction on the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems' proposed headquarters building is expected to begin in the spring.
The details
The 60,000-square-foot, $25.6 million building will be built on three acres in downtown Syracuse at East Washington and Almond streets. It will include offices, laboratories and meeting spaces.
