Festive goodwill was put to one side last night as anger greeted the postponement of the Scarlets-Ospreys sell-out clash just minutes before the 2.30pm kick-off. Top referee Nigel Owens called the Celtic League game off following lengthy discussions between the two camps on the pitch. The Scarlets wanted to play, but Ospreys were unwilling, claiming a section of the pitch in front of the grandstand was frozen and dangerous.
