Beverly Hills, Calif.--Developers of interactive programs not only are going to the movies but are flipping through the TV dial as well.
At least two companies are planning interactive episodes of television series. And hardware manufacturers are refining their equipment to accommodate a variety of product with the least amount of consumer confusion.
Keith Schaefer, president of Paramount Technology Group (PTG), said at the Digital World conference held here recently that his division is creating an interactive version of the new NBC series Viper, scheduled to debut in the fall.
