SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A "California Grown" cornucopia prize package and Texas agricultural products are on the line in a friendly bet between California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Texas Governor Rick Perry over the outcome of the highly anticipated Rose Bowl that pits top-ranked USC against No. 2 Texas on January 4, 2006 in Pasadena, California. USC is currently favored by 7 1/2 points according to The Sacramento Bee.
