Dec. 31--It took a little convincing from their three children, but Stephanie Regalado and her husband, Joe, agreed to bring a puppy home from SpokAnimal for Christmas. She was saddened by the sight of so many dogs in cages and thought it would be a nice gift for her family and their 3-year-old chocolate lab, Henry.
