NEW YORK - The Warnaco Groups has filed a $45 million breach of contract suit against VF Corp. and a Spanish subsidiary over the termination of certain licensing agreements for women's instimate apparel under the Warner's label in Spain and Portugal.
Warnaco said in court documents that Vives Vidal SA, known as Vivesa, agreed to an orderly termination of the license agreements with Warnaco after its was acquired by VF in December 1992.
