NORFOLK -- BY JOHN WARREN

NORFOLK - Andy Hill came darn close to sweeping his wife off her feet Thursday night.
It was, after all, only the second time she'd been ice skating. And, to boot, he surprised her by renewing their wedding vows at the MacArthur Center ice skating rink.
It did not end up, technically, as a surprise. Hill spilled the beans Wednesday night, after a couple of weeks planning with Bob Duggan, who manages the rink for MacArthur Center .
"I don't like surprises no sir," Lacey Hill said after taking her vows, again. "I might have fallen over. I might have gotten hurt."
