Project management firm Levien & Company has completed the first phase of Cohen & Steers' new 51,000 s/f corporate headquarters at 280 Park Ave., announced Kenneth Levien, AIA, the firm's president.
The new office will occupy two floors of the building, providing the investment firm with the necessary facilities to serve its growing client base and staff.
Cohen & Steers moved into the completed 46,000 s/f office on Friday, November 11, and began normal business operations on Monday, November 14.
