Uruguay's largest software developer, ARTech, several years ago unveiled plans to take on the Asian market. Today, it's starting to pay back. The Uruguayan multinational, which has distributors in 30 countries, has been chosen to manage technology at the HuNan WantWant Hospital in the Changsha, the capital of China's Hunan province. The hospital is a modern medical facility that can treat 2,000 patients.
