ATLANTA, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials has sworn-in Atlanta City Councilmember Felicia A. Moore as its new President.

Moore, a native of Indianapolis, was officially sworn-in ceremony at the National League of Cities 2005 Congress of Cities Convention, December 6 thru 10 in Charlotte.
