Jan. 4--The title of "world's busiest airport" departed Chicago in 2005, although the loss of bragging rights is bringing about a welcome perk for passengers--more on-time flights. For the first time, O'Hare International Airport is no longer the most-bustling airport on the planet--no matter how the numbers are stacked. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport handled more flights and more passengers than O'Hare last year, according to government data released Tuesday.

It marked the first time O'Hare has fallen to No. 2 in both categories.
