THE wife of a paralysed soldier who stole his insurance payout while he was in hospital is facing jail.
Lianne Smith, 24, is thought to have taken up to [pounds sterling]200,000 - splashing out on designer clothes, jewellery and a series of foreign holidays, including one to Fiji with a male friend.
While she was enjoying her spending spree, her paratrooper husband Jonathan Noble, 22, was undergoing treatment for the terrible injuries he suffered in a car crash just three weeks after their wedding.
