Jan. 4--Total state employment should rise about 212 percent this year, according to the director of the University of New Mexico Bureau of Business and Economic Research.
Here in Las Cruces, companies are indeed looking at moving into the area or hiring workers.
In fact, an announcement is expected soon from CyraCom Transparent Language Services of Tucson that they will open a facility in Las Cruces.
Libby Pruett of Northrise Corporation confirmed that CyraCom has signed a lease to use 4,000 square feet at Northrise's building at 2203 Divot Ave.
