SAN DIEGO -- The Harris County Hospital District Foundation of Houston has become an owner in the Premier Inc. alliance in a move to reduce supply expenses and bring new efficiencies to the supply chain of the public health system for the nation's third most populous county.
The Foundation becomes one of more than 200 leading hospitals and healthcare systems that own Premier, an alliance that helps more than 1,400 hospitals nationwide accelerate their clinical and financial performance.
