Jan. 5--Hamburg cleared its biggest hurdle in its run for a fourth straight Berks II wrestling title. But after defeating visiting Conrad Weiser 40-31 We d n e s d a y night, the Hawks were talking like a team that expects to accomplish a lot more this season.

"We need to settle in and start focusing on January," Hamburg coach Kevin Simpson said. "January is a big month."
