NEW YORK, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Chela Technology Partners announced today that it advised National Display Systems, Inc. ("NDS") in its recapitalization by Riverside Partners. Chela Technology Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to NDS in this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. Chela Technology Partners structured the transaction in the most tax efficient manner utilizing 338 (h) (10) election.
