Jan. 7--The cost of postage is going up Sunday -- from the price of a postcard to the heaviest of parcels -- and mailing and shipping services and suppliers are scrambling to prepare for the increase. "We will be down here late Saturday evening updating our software and our equipment, so we'll be ready to open Monday with the new rates," said Ron Hodges, owner of Mail It, a mailing and shipping service on Northwest Expressway and a member of the Neighborhood Postal Centers in Oklahoma City.
