Azzawiya Oil Refining Company (ARC) has invited international companies to express interest by 22 December for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to replace and upgrade control systems at the 120,000-barrel-a-day refinery at Azzawiya, 40 kilometres west of Tripoli.
