Three project management consultants--Hill International and Parsons International, both of the US, and the US/local Turner-Projacs--have submitted commercial and technical proposals for the project management consultancy (PMC) contract covering the construction of the Al-Asima high-rise tower project in Kuwait City.
The client, Salhiya Real Estate Company, has yet to decide whether to go ahead with the project with a PMC on board, but is expected to notify the bidders of its intention early next year. Tenders for the preliminary works packages are expected by the end of the second quarter once all the necessary permits have been granted by Kuwait Municipality.
