PartyGaming's online poker site, PartyPoker.com, is launching a viral game to boost visitor numbers.

Viral marketing specialist 4T2 Multimedia has developed 'Texas Hold 'em Shootout', which will be sent to names on the PartyPoker database. It will also be posted on viral game websites such as milkandcookies.com - in addition to www.texasholdemshootout. co.uk and www.partypoker.co.uk.

The game pits each player against a cowboy called Pete. Both draw cards, with the winner getting to shoot to loser.
