PNGC Power, a Portland-based power services cooperative, has named John Prescott to be senior vice president of Power Supply. In this role, Prescott will be responsible for overseeing activity related to meeting electricity loads for PNGC Power's members, 15 Northwest electric distribution cooperative utilities with service territory in seven western states. He will manage the overall price and supply risk for PNGC Power on a forward looking basis as well as manage the operational aspects of PNGC's Slice/Block contract with the Bonneville Power Administration.
