One of the least pleasant tasks in ready-mix production is cleaning hardened concrete from inside the drum of a ready-mix truck. Not only does the cleaning process take the truck out of service, managers find it difficult to train employees on how to safely perform the task and to avoid damaging the drum.
Scott Boos thinks he has found a way to automate this difficult task. His company, Blasters Ready Jet, has developed a ready-mix drum cleaning system called Ready Jet that eliminates the need for human entry.
