A civil servant and a former MP's researcher will stand trial at the Old Bailey charged under the Official Secrets Act.
David Keogh (49), a former communications officer at the Cabinet Office, and former researcher Leo O'Connor (42), made a brief appearance at Bow Street Magistrates Court yesterday.
