Jan. 11--Gourmet magazine's Executive Chef Sara Moulton will lead two days of cooking demonstrations during Savoir Affair March 23-26 at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pa.
In addition the resort will present tastings of wines from around the world and showcase internationally-acclaimed artists including French master abstract artist, Coignard.
Moulton will be joined at the demonstrations by Nemacolin chefs Dave Racicot of Aqueous and Brad Kelly of Lautrec and resort Executive Chef Jeremy Critchfield.
