TOTTENHAM are poised to reward Aaron Lennon for the excellent start to his Spurs career by offering him a new long-term contract.
The 18-year-old's advisers are in talks with White Hart Lane officials about tying him down to the club for a further five years.
Lennon joined Spurs from Leeds for [pounds sterling]1million last summer on a four-year deal worth [pounds sterling]5,000 a week to the player.
But the winger has made such a big impact in his 13 first-team appearances that his representatives are hoping to negotiate a contract worth around [pounds sterling]15,000 a week.
