Jan. 11--Calico Corners, the homedecorating shop at 601 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, is closing, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
Jan Jessup, director of communications for the chain, said Calico Corners is concentrating on larger markets. "Reading is really a small market compared with where most of our stores are located," Jessup said.
The store will close Saturday.
She said the store had been in the Shillington area for decades at various locations.
