Jan. 12--BATH -- The developer who shook things up in Phippsburg recently when he proposed a big subdivision near Popham Beach now wants to build condominiums along Bath's waterfront.
Bruce L. Poliquin will ask the city's planning board Tuesday for a zoning change that would allow condominiums on the site of the former Stinson Seafood sardine canning factory.
Poliquin would not elaborate on his plans Wednesday, other than to say he wants the city to change the zone from commercial marine to residential.
