Advance Properties' build-to-suit headquarters for G.H. Bass & Company is advancing quickly with enclosure of the entire building being completed, announced Peter Cocoziello, president of the Gladstone, New Jersey-based Advance Properties, developer of the project.
The Bass headquarters is being constructed in the Sable Oaks Office Park and will consist of a three story, 101,000-square-foot office building on over six acres. The Class-A office complex will feature an attractive combination of brick, color-coordinated pre-cast panels and bronze tinted glazing.
