Jan. 11--When it comes to issues of hard work and effort on the Capital boys basketball team, Dylan Chavez put it succinctly. "It's non-negotiable," the sophomore post said. He and the Jaguars should know. They tried to bypass those conditions last week against Las Vegas Robertson and Albuquerque St. Pius X, and paid the penalty for that. So, the Jaguars went back to playing their brand of basketball Tuesday night. Capital was combative and competitive for 28 minutes against old rival Albuquerque La Cueva, but the Bears had a few things that Capital still lacks, which showed in a 61-52 win in Edward A. Ortiz Memorial Gymnasium.
