HENDERSON, Nev. -- Silver State Bancorp (OTCBB: SSBX), the parent holding company for Silver State Bank, today reported net income of $15,627,000 or $1.19 per diluted share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2005. This represents an increase of $7,109,000 or 83% when compared to net income of $8,518,000 or $.70 per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2004.

For the three months ended Dec. 31, 2005, net income was $3,460,000 or $.27 per diluted share, an increase of $378,000 or 12% as compared to $3,082,000 or $.25 per diluted share for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2004.
