Jan. 15--Kyojiro Hata stands at the top of luxury brand group LVJ Group K.K. that represents Celine, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and others in Japan. But Hata, president and representative director of the group, is best known for his 27 years at the helm of the Louis Vuitton empire in Japan.
According to Teikoku Databank Ltd., the company's declared income was N36.4 billion in fiscal 2004, the 12th straight year in which it has been the biggest earner among Japanese units of overseas fashion brands.
