Jan. 16--Menards plans its fourth Omaha-area home improvement store at the northwest corner of 204th Street and West Dodge Road, meaning that development is complete, under way or planned for virtually every corner along Dodge from the Missouri River to Elkhorn.
Two mid- or high-rise condominium projects now are planned for the area. Other plans -- some under construction and some still requiring government approvals -- include a couple of hospitals, offices, hotels, several car dealerships and retail ranging from fast-food restaurants and boutiques to Menards.
