SEOUL - South Korea plans to expand incentives for transshipments at Busan Port, the country's largest container port, and Gwangyang Port, as part of its efforts to turn the two ports into transshipment hubs of the Northeast Asian region, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries said Tuesday.
