MIDO claimed today that his future still hangs in the balance and it is not certain he will sign a permanent deal at Tottenham.
The on-loan striker says he knows nothing of claims from his club Roma that White Hart Lane officials have made the first moves towards signing him on a long-term deal.
Mido insists that Spurs are his "first option" and that he will not return to the Italians, but says it is "too early" to decide where he will play his club football next season.
