CHICAGO -- Chase, Chicago's largest bank, and the Chicago Lighthouse for People Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired are partnering to train the visually impaired on using automated teller machines. Chase has installed a fully accessible, state-of-the-art ATM at the Chicago Lighthouse, 1850 W. Roosevelt Rd -- the first ATM at the site.

Visually impaired customers plug a standard set of earphones into the ATM to hear voice prompts that take them step by step through a transaction.
