Jan. 20--The Washington Redskins made a potentially significant staff acquisition by hiring Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Al Saunders . The Skins announced the signing Thursday but have yet to determine a title for Saunders, who will be formally introduced at a news conference Monday. Reports by media outlets in Kansas City and Oakland, Calif., said that Saunders, 58, signed a three-year deal worth an estimated $6million.
