Olga Gertrude Osha Waterman of Barre, Vt., formerly of Arlington, died Dec. 13, 2005, at Lincoln House in Barre. She was 95.
Born in Randolph, Vt., she had lived in Arlington before moving to Lincoln House six years ago. She graduated from Randolph High School in 1928. She majored in business at Simmons College in Boston for two years. She later studied accounting at Bryant and Stratton Business School.
Ms. Waterman worked for the Niles Real Estate firm in Boston for 42 years, retiring in 1975.
