Now a columnist and editorial writer for The Detroit News, as well as a commentator for National Public Radio, Snow served as a deputy assistant to President George Bush from March 1991 until Bill Clinton's inauguration. Or, as Snow puts it, he joined the administration the very week that Bush's popularity hit historic highs and -- well, you know the rest.
