Jan. 21--Jackie Bartley knew her relative didn't trust her, but she was floored to learn from other family members that the woman was trying to find a way to get her cell phone records. Bartley said she warned her carrier, Cingular, to be on the lookout for someone trying to request her records. But the relative got them anyway, buying them from an Internet broker, who advertised he could track down anyone's cell phone records, Bartley said. "She was crazy and thought I was sleeping with her boyfriend," said Bartley, 44, of Chester, Va., adding that she wasn't having an affair. "We aren't talking to each other anymore." ...
