Financial markets remained stable in 2005-06: RBI

Mumbai, Jan 23 (PTI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today said that financial markets in India have remained broadly stable so far this fiscal, with smooth redemption of India Millennium Deposits (IMDs) and orderly forex market.

"Comfortable liquidity kept money market segments generally around reverse repo rate during Apr-Oct 2005.
