Alrosa to remain state-owned - property chief
MOSCOW. Jan 24 (Interfax) - Alrosa (RTS: ALRS), Russia's Yakutia- based diamond monopoly, will remain a state-owned company, Valery Nazarov, head of the Russian property Agency or Rosimuschestvo, told reporters.
