In the fourth quarter of 2005, Craig-Hallum raised $5.3 million for Granite City Food & Brewery, St. Louis Park, and $18.75 million for PW Eagle, Eugene, Oreg., in private investment in public equity offerings. In mergers and acquisitions, Craig-Hallum should have been listed as representing Resolution Media of Chicago in its sale to Omnicom Group of New York.
