MCLEAN, Va. -- John Chapel, CEO of AVIEL Systems, Inc., announced today that he has acquired sole ownership of OPTIMUS Corporation and Performance Management Consulting, Inc. (PMC). Chapel will operate both companies as separate, wholly-owned subsidiaries of AVIEL Systems, Inc.
