Digital China denies plan to sell distribution business to rivals
Shanghai. January 24. INTERFAX-CHINA - Digital China, the biggest IT products distributor in China, denied it will sell its distribution business to competitors. The company is rumored to be in talks of its sale with Synnex and Ingram Micro.
"We will definitely not sell the distribution business," Digital China spokesperson Qi Changxiu told Interfax. The company is reported to have secured the buyer of its distribution business, and the deal will be announced after Spring Festival, said IT news portal www.chinabyte.com.
