Jan. 25--SAN BERNARDINO -- CHAMBER SPONSORING ANNUAL INSTALLATION DINNER: The San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its 98th annual installation dinner Tuesday to welcome Brad White, incoming chairman of the board, and Drew Gagner, outgoing chairman. The chamber is also welcoming the 2006 board of directors and honoring the accomplishments of last year's board.
