STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Today, January 26, 2006, Orc Software held an extraordinary general meeting so as to authorize the Board of Directors to issue new shares in order to complete the acquisition of Cameron Systems (VIC) Pty Ltd. At the general meeting it was also resolved to dispose of the Japanese subsidiary of Orc Software.
