DALLAS & RICHMOND, British Columbia -- QI Systems Inc. (OTCBB:QIIIF), a leading developer and integrator of smart-card payment and tracking solutions, today announced that it has started shipping a total of US$225,000 in orders for smart-card payment terminals to Cale Systems Inc., a leading parking-revenue systems developer based in Montreal, Quebec.
Originally scheduled for delivery in September and December of 2005, the shipments were delayed to allow for design changes that will enhance functionality and improve manufacture ability. Delivery should be complete by the end of April 2006. The outlook for additional orders thereafter is excellent.
