Lukoil opens offices in Venezuela, Libya
MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax) - The company Lukoil Overseas, operator of Lukoil's foreign projects, has opened offices in Caracas and Tripoli, the company said in a statement.
The company announced earlier that it is considering a number of exploration and production projects in Libya, Algeria and Venezuela.
