Truly elegant decor imparts a feeling of space and comfort, and Mendoza restaurant's white walls, tablecloths and plush leather chairs set that ambiance. Although Miami's political elite have become regulars at this restaurant, we found our window-side table romantic and cozy: Open white drapes framed a small white candle, and the spectacular view took in an expanse from Brickell Key to the Rickenbacker Causeway.
